A few simple rules keep our homes comfortable for every guest and considerate to our neighbours. Please read them before you arrive.

Charges

Extras that may apply to your stay.

Air-conditioning: Per room, per day; ₹200
Additional guest: Per guest, per night — only where the home’s capacity allows; ₹400
Early check-in: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM, subject to availability; ₹800
Early check-in: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, subject to availability; ₹300
Late check-out: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM, subject to availability; ₹500
Unwashed dishes: Please wash any utensils you use; ₹200

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, with our building staff.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and are charged as listed above — please ask us in advance.
Hourly bookings are not accepted.

Guests & visitors

Unmarried couples aged 21 and above are welcome with valid government-approved identification that shows a proper address.
PAN cards are not accepted as identification.
Visitors must provide valid government ID for our records.
Additional guests are charged ₹400 per guest, per night, and only where the home’s capacity allows — up to 3 guests in the 1BHK and 2 in the 1RK.
Pets are welcome. Please message us about your pet before booking.

Quiet hours & safety

Please keep noise low after 10:30 PM.
The main gate closes at 11:00 PM — please return before then.
CCTV surveillance is present for safety and security.
Parking is available inside the premises.

Caring for the home

Please gather used towels and leave them in the bathroom.
Please don’t litter — use the dustbins provided.
Wash any utensils you use; a ₹200 charge applies for unwashed dishes.
Switch off lights, fans, air-conditioning and other electronics when they’re not in use.
Spitting gutkha or pan masala is strictly prohibited.
If you smoke, please use an ashtray.

Food & cooking

Cooking facilities are available; groceries and ingredients are not supplied.
A supermarket is approximately 50 metres away.
Please eat at the dining area — no eating in bed.
Please help us keep the bed linen clean.

What to bring

Valid government-approved identification with address details.
Personal toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste and face wash — these are not supplied.
Any groceries or ingredients you’d like to cook with.
