How do I book a stay?

Can I contact you directly instead of booking on Airbnb?

How much does a stay cost?

Prices depend on your dates. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99577 53758 for a price, or see prices on each home’s Airbnb listing. Extra charges, such as air-conditioning, are listed in our house rules.

Where is Aurum Stays located?

Our homes are at 9, Nilomani Phukan Path, Sree Nagar, Guwahati, Assam 781005, India, in the Christian Basti area. See location and directions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability, for an extra charge — see the house rules.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is with our building staff, who will let you in from 2:00 PM. Please carry valid government-approved identification.

Is parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available inside the premises.

What time does the main gate close?

The main gate closes at 11:00 PM, so please plan to return before then.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, both homes have Wi-Fi.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes. Both homes have a kitchen with a cooker, cooking basics (pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper), crockery and cutlery, and a fridge. Groceries and ingredients are not supplied — a supermarket is approximately 50 metres away.

Is air-conditioning available?

Yes, both homes have air-conditioning. It is charged at ₹200 per room, per day.

Are toiletries provided?

Personal-use toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste and face wash are not supplied, so please bring your own.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome in all our homes. Please message us about your pet before booking.

Guests & house rules

Are unmarried couples allowed?

Yes. Unmarried couples aged 21 and above are welcome with valid government-approved identification that shows a proper address. PAN cards are not accepted as identification.

Can I have visitors?

Visitors are welcome and must provide valid government ID for our records.

How many guests can stay?

The 1BHK hosts up to 3 guests and the 1RK up to 2. Additional guests are charged ₹400 per guest, per night, only where the home’s capacity allows.
